How to schedule an appointment
- Call 401-921-5934. Must provide needed registration information.
- Photo ID and insurance card required.
- $80 Fee for collection and processing of each swab (Must be paid by CC at time of booking).
- The cost for running the tests is covered by insurance.
When you arrive
- Everyone must be wearing a KN-95 or N-95 mask if symptomatic. We can provide one for a $5.00 charge.
- You will park outside Building E and call 401-921-5934. We will call you back when we are ready to bring you in.
- Stay in your vehicle until you are called.
- We will contact you with your results as soon as they are available, generally within 48 hours.
