It’s one of the most common questions we are asked: “What supplements should I take?” High quality matters with supplements. We should all know exactly what we are putting into our bodies.  

Vitamin D3

I recommend Vitamin D3 and use PowerDk. Vitamin D Facilitates the absorption of calcium through the gut and is vital to the health of your immune system, blood vessels, muscles and nervous systems. Vitamin D may also play a role in preventing certain cancers and viruses.

Dose: Targeted dose should be a min of 5,000 (IU) with Vitamin K. 

Vitamin C

Dose: With Vitamin C, you can’t take more than 2,000mg at a time because the body can’t absorb it! Additionally, it can hurt your gut. I recommend Vitamin C be taken multiple times throughout the day.   

Dose: I start with 2,000mg Powdered Vitamin C. It’s easier on my stomach. 

NOTE: When My Immune System is Stressed: I increase my Vitamin C dose to twice daily.  


Zinc deficiency is one of the most common causes of adult immunodeficiency. 

Dose: More is not better. I start with 25mg per day, and advise against taking more than 50mg. per day.
